I am so done with sleeping with him each night!!! lol
I am a stay at home mom..I also have a 8 yr old son who never game me issues with sleep!
and since my son Evan was 8 months old seems he started going thru the night time sleep separation thing...and we started bringing him in our bed ..which we didnt mind for a long time..til now..and here and there we would try all kinds of methods..no cry..cry a little bit..but he is fine as long as he sleeps with me or his dad..since we are now divorced. He can be put in his crib awake for naps and bed time but for some reason at bedtime for months now he will only sleep in his crib for a few hours at a time then sit up and stand up and then start crying and screaming for me to go in and get him and after a few times trying to lay him back down if he puts up a fight i just bring him to the mattress on the floor in his room that i put down after he falls asleep and he sleeps with me there since my boyfriend just cant have a good nights sleep with him in our bed. I thought maybe having a mattress near his crib and him seeing me sleep there would help but that hasnt helped either. so should i just let him cry again like i tried months ago and see where that goes? or what else can I do?????
